6. Calibration ethanol gas detector：

Note:

1. Zero correction can be made after starting the instrument and finishing the initialization.

2. Oxygen can enter the "Gas Calibration" menu under standard atmospheric pressure. The calibration display value is 20.9%vol. Do not perform zero correction operations in the air.

3. Supports 3-point calibration. If there is only one calibration gas, please set the other calibration points to 0 and clear that calibration point.

Step 1: Zero correction

In the main menu interface, press the left button to select the "Device Calibration" function, and then press the right button to enter the menu of input calibration password through the combination of buttons or remote control key, select items zero correction function, and then press right button to enter zero calibration menu, through left button to choose the type of gas, then press right button to enter selected gas zero cleaning menu, determine the current gas 0.

Step 2:Gas calibration

Turn on the calibration gas. After the displayed value of the gas is stable, enter the main menu and select the calibration selection menu. The specific operation method is Step 1 of zero calibration.

Select the function item Gas Calibration, press the right button to enter the calibration gas selection interface, selecting the gas type to be calibrated press the right button to enter the calibration point selection interface. If the calibration point is empty, it will display ------.

Press the left button again to enter the standard gas concentration setting interface,.Then use the left and right buttons to set the concentration value of the calibration gas. Assuming that the calibration is now, the concentration value of the calibration gas is standard gas.

After the calibration is successful, if the displayed value of the gas is not stable, you can repeat calibration. If the calibration fails, please check whether the concentration of the standard gas is consistent with the calibration setting value. After the gas calibration is completed, press the right button to return to the gas type selection interface to calibrate other points.
After the gas calibration is completed, press the menu until to return to the gas detection interface, or automatically exit the menu and return to the gas detection interface after the countdown interface reduces to 0 without pressing any button.
