1. Product Introduction:

Gas Detector LPG is suitable for online detection of lpg gas concentration in various industrial environments, as well as on-site sound and light alarms. It plays a warning role in the safety of hazardous sites. The lpg detector adopts catalytic sensor and microcontroller technology, which has advantages such as stable signal, high accuracy, and good repeatability. The gas detector lpg is compatible with various control systems such as alarms, PLC, DCS, etc., and can simultaneously achieve on-site alarm, remote monitoring, and alarm functions.

LPG is generally obtained from petroleum gas from oil and gas fields, refineries, or ethylene plants, and is mainly composed of hydrocarbons. Its main components are propane, butane, and other alkanes, which are widely used as industrial, commercial, and civilian fuels. The boiling point of propane is -42 ℃. Even at very low temperatures, propane can vaporize immediately after being released from a high-pressure container and explode in the air when exposed to an open flame.so is a must to install lpg gas detector to avoid any danger.

Liquefied petroleum gas has the main components of petroleum, including propane, butane, propylene, butene, etc., all of which are typical hydrocarbon compounds. The biggest characteristic of hydrocarbon compounds is their flammability. Moreover, the flash point and spontaneous ignition point of these hydrocarbon compounds contained in the composition of liquefied petroleum gas are very low, which can easily cause combustion.so it is a must to install lpg detector to avoid danger.

LPG gas is about 1.5 times heavier than air, and its air mixture has an explosion range of 1.7% to 9.7%, which can occur when exposed to an open flame. Lpg detector is used to measure lpg gas leakage in air,no display,user can add an alarm lamp on it, when gas concentration reach alarm level (usually 25%lel) then it will make alarm immediately.It can send signal to a control panel and make alarms accordingly.
