Phenomenon 1: The gas detection probe cannot be calibrated.
The reasons may be: the sensor is broken; there is a problem with the circuit board; the calibration gas is not correct; there is no electricity or poor contact. Therefore, according to the cause, countermeasures can be made: replace the sensor, replace the circuit board, use the correct calibration gas, connect the power supply, or connect the wire.
Phenomenon 2: 4-20mA signal is incorrect.
Causes could be a faulty circuit board; faulty meter; loose or broken wiring; or incorrect wiring. Therefore, according to the cause, you can make a countermeasure: replace the circuit board, read the instrument manually, connect the wiring, and correct the wiring;
Phenomenon 3: There is no relay switching value contact output.
Possible causes are faulty circuit board; bad relay; loose or broken wiring; incorrect wiring. Therefore, you can also find countermeasures based on the cause: replace the circuit board, replace the relay circuit board, connect the wiring, and correct the wiring.
