Do you know the explosion-proof grade standard of explosion-proof electrical equipment?
The explosion-proof grade of explosion-proof electrical equipment is based on the type of equipment used, the temperature group of explosive gas mixture, and the explosion-proof type of explosion-proof electrical equipment.
Definition of explosion-proof grade for Electrical equipment
Explosion-proof electrical equipment can be divided into two categories :
I category is electrical equipment used in underground coal mine;II is the electrical equipment used in places other than mine.
According to the maximum test safety clearance (MESG) or the minimum ignition current (MICR), class II electrical equipment is divided into three categories :IIA, IIB and IIC.
The above four categories mainly according to different working conditions is likely to detonate the smallest spark energy, China,Europe and most of the countries and regions in the world divide the explosive gas into four risk rating.
Second, based on the differences of explosive gas mixture according to the ignition temperature, group is divided into T1, T2, T3, T4, T5, T6, six of the ignition temperature with t (℃),
T1:450 ℃ < t;
T2 :300℃<t ≤450 ℃;
T3 :200℃<t ≤300 ℃;
T4:135 ℃ < t 200 ℃ or less;
T5 for: 100 ℃ < t 135 ℃ or less;
T6 is :85℃<t ≤100℃.
Thirdly, for different purposes, the explosion-proof type of explosion-proof electric is different :85℃<t ≤100℃.
