How safe are your workers? A gas transmitter monitors hazardous gases and vapors and alerts you before a potential explosion. Paired with a gas detector, the transmitter supplies continuous around-the-clock gas detection and the ability to communicate unsafe gas levels to a central location. The unit will trigger an alarm when gas concentrations in the specified area exceed safe levels.
For workers in the area, an audible alarm informs them of danger. Relay outputs can be used to operate a fan for better air circulation, send a signal to a central location, or control an extra alarm for improved worker notification.
Combustible Gas Transmitter
Single-channel gas detectors display the concentration of gas the sensor reads. Multi-channel gas detectors allow monitoring of more than one sensor through a single control panel. In some cases, sensors can be remote mounted up to 600 feet from the controller; in others, controllers have a built-in sensor so the controller must be mounted at the location you want to monitor.
