First parts: Before using
1. Read the operation manual corresponding to the gas detector carefully before operation, to be familiar with the performance and operation method of the machine.
2. Check whether the battery is sufficient. If the battery is insufficient, replace the battery or charge it in time.
3. Check whether the inlet air filter is blocked by debris, and clear or replace if blocked.
4. In the process of starting up, the self-test should listen to whether the grading alarm, sound-light alarm and vibration alarm are accurate. If they do not meet the requirements, they are not allowed to be used and should be corrected immediately.
5. Observe whether the initial value is accurate after starting up in the condition of fresh air (the initial display of CO detector is 0 PPM; Initial display of O2 detector: 20.9%;The initial display of hydrogen sulfide detector is 0 PPM). If the display value is inaccurate, it is strictly prohibited to use, and it should be corrected immediately.
Second parts: using
1. When using the portable gas detector, it should be worn on the part close to the mouth and nose as far as possible, such as the front collar of clothes, jacket pocket, etc. It is strictly forbidden to place the alarm in the pocket and other parts that are not easy to view, which will affect the detection value.
2. Avoid collision as far as possible in the process of use, resulting in abnormal detection data.
3. Gas detector sensor and other parts are precision parts. Do not open the cover of the adjusted instrument at will.
4. In case of continuous flashing of indicator light, sudden display of countless values on the display screen, no movement of values in the area where the gas is obviously over the limit, big gap and other abnormal conditions, the operation should be stopped immediately and evacuated to the area with clean air to observe the problem and remove it in time. Otherwise, it is strictly prohibited to continue to use.
5. In case of excessive detection of all kinds of gases, the operation shall follow the regulations of the state and the company,generally,when the concentration of CO in the air is 160ppm, it is only allowed to work for 15~20 minutes, with each work interval of 2 hours.
Oxygen operation: the ambient oxygen content in the operation area shall not be less than 19.5%, the oxygen content in the limited space shall generally be 19.5% ~ 21%, and in the oxygen-enriched environment shall not be more than 23.5%.
Hydrogen sulfide operation:When the concentration of hydrogen sulfide is lower than 40ppm, you can wear the filter mask and indicate the applicable substances on the surface of the filter canister.Positive pressure air breathing apparatus should be used when working in areas where hydrogen sulfide concentration is greater than 40ppm.
No one is allowed to enter the area that may contain hydrogen sulfide gas without wearing suitable protective equipment, and no one is allowed to remove the anti-virus equipment in the toxic area.
6. In case of dizziness, tinnitus, dizziness, nausea and other conditions during the operation, stop the operation immediately and evacuate to the fresh air area (pay attention to the air flow direction and choose the upper air outlet). In case of serious situation, start emergency response immediately and carry out self-help and other rescue.
Last parts: After using
1. Turn off the portable gas detector after use through the menu, and turn off and charge when charging.
2. After the device is shut down, dust on the surface should be cleaned and cleaned.
3. When the instrument is out of operation for a long time, it should be shut down and placed in a dry, dust-free environment consistent with the storage temperature.
