How to install wiring of gas alarms in Hotel kitchen restaurant?

First,installation specifications for gas detector:
A. The installed point should be selected within a meter radius of the door, pipe connection, outlet or leak-prone area,As close as possible, but do not affect the operation of other equipment, and try to avoid high temperature, high humidity environment.
B. When the gas detection probe is used for large-area gas detection, it can be arranged with a probe of 10 12 square meters, which can also achieve the detection and alarm effect.
C. The installation method of the combustible gas detection probe can be ceiling hoisting, wall mounting or pipe holding installation, which should ensure the installation is firm and reliable, and should be considered to be convenient for maintenance and calibration.
D. Installation height of combustible gas detection probe: when detecting hydrogen, natural gas, city gas and other gases whose specific gravity is less than air, install them about meters from the roof; For the detection of gases with a specific gravity greater than air, such as liquefied petroleum gas, the installation shall be about 1.5 meters from the ground.
E. Three-core shielded cable shall be used for the wiring of combustible gas detection probe, with a single wire diameter greater than Square millimeter, the shield must be grounded when wiring.
F. The combustible gas detection probe should be wired through the pipe, and the pipe should meet the fire protection requirements. The pipe should be connected with the probe to meet the fire protection requirements.
G. The combustible gas detection probe shall be mounted with the sensor facing down.
H. Combustible gas detection probe shall be wired in the case of power failure, and shall be energized after the wiring is correct; The probe shall be opened and debugged (for flameproof probe) when no gas leak is confirmed on site.
Then, installation specifications for controller:
A. Combustible gas controller shall be installed in instrument room and other non-explosion-proof places. It is strictly prohibited to install in explosion-proof places.
B. Regardless of the installation method, the combustible gas controller shall be firmly fixed to avoid vibration, dust and water, and the environment shall meet the requirements of the instrument specification.
C. The combustible gas controller shall adopt a relatively clean power supply and avoid using the same power supply as the large motor equipment.
D. The combustible gas controller shall be grounded to the housing or to the ground wire of the power plug.
E. the shell of the combustible gas controller is strictly forbidden to be damaged, otherwise the shielding effect will be affected.
Function of gas alarm:
Detect the concentration of gas leakage, once exceeding the limit, immediately send an alarm to remind the staff to take safety measures. From its function, we can see the importance of gas alarm. For example, if a gas alarm is installed in the family kitchen when the gas is used, it will remind us that there is a gas leak in case we forget to turn off the gas source. Measures should be taken to prevent the explosion to a large extent.
