Where need to install combustible gas leak detector?
All gas production and business units and public service users such as restaurants, construction sites, hospitals, schools and canteen must install gas leakage detectors, cut-off valves and compulsory exhaust systems.
Gas leakage safety protection device includes three parts, namely combustible gas detector, gas cut-off valve and explosion-proof axial flow fan.According to reports, the gas deflagration concentration is generally between 5% and 15%, and in the restaurant gas concentration reached 4%, the alarm will automatically alarm;If the concentration continues to increase, the cut-off valve installed on the gas pipeline will stop the gas supply;When the critical concentration of deflagration is reached, the axial flow fan will be started to force indoor and outdoor ventilation to reduce indoor gas concentration.
Gas leak detection system:
The combustible detector detects the gas leakage concentration, and the controller can check which place leaks and display the concentration in real time. If the limit is exceeded, the signal will be output to the exhaust or cut off the valve and other external equipment, and the combustible air will be cut off immediately.The 3X1 squared RVVP signal cable shielding line is generally used to connect the detector and controller.The diagram below:
We should pay attention to in the installation of combustible gas alarms system:
1. detector installation location: air source as the center within a radius of 1.5 meters, well-ventilated place.
(1) The density of liquefied gas is higher than that of air. After leakage, the alarm should be installed at a place about 0.3 meters away from the ground.
(2) The density of gas and carbon monoxide is lower than that of air. After leakage, the alarm should be installed at 0.3 meters away from the ceiling.
2. The location where gas leakage detector cannot be installed: corner, inside cabinet and other places where the air is not easy to circulate;Be easy to be smoked directly by lampblack position.
