Portable gas detector can be divided into two types: diffusion type and pump type:
1. The diffusion type gas detector: has small power consumption and the equipment volume can be smaller. The detection gas is similar to the olfactory mode of human body. The gas concentration is detected by the gas diffusion contact sensor.
2. Pump suction gas detector, because of the air pump work sampling, so the power consumption and volume will inevitably increase, but because of the gas pump sampling, can achieve rapid and accurate gas detection. It is more suitable for the conditions of sampling and testing, such as the gas concentration in the pipeline and the gas concentration in the sealing space. These are all necessary for the pump suction gas detector to carry out the detection work more conveniently.
