The toluene gas detection is composed of a gas controller and a gas detector. The installation of the toluene detector is mainly divided into two steps. The first is the installation of the gas detector. The installation of the detector mainly pays attention to the following aspects:

First: The alarm probe is mainly the detection element that contacts the combustion gas sensor. It consists of a platinum wire coil wrapped with alumina and adhesive to form a spherical shape, and its outer surface is attached with rare metals such as platinum and palladium. Therefore, be careful when installing to avoid damaging the probe.
Second: There should be no strong electromagnetic fields (such as high-power motors, transformers) that affect the operation of the instrument around the detector.
Third: The density of the measured gas is different, and the installation position of the indoor probe should also be different. The density of toluene (explosion test) is greater than that of air, so the probe should be installed at a distance of 30cm from the ground, with an upward direction.
The second step is the installation precautions of the gas controller:
First: The installation height of the alarm should generally be 160-170cm, so that maintenance personnel can carry out daily maintenance.
Second: The controller is a safety instrument with sound and light display functions. It should be installed in a place where the staff can easily see and hear, so as to eliminate hidden dangers in time.

Toluene detector are widely used in gas, petroleum, chemical, smelting, biochemical, pharmaceutical, machinery, gas stations, gas stations, cold storage, food plants, kitchens, boiler rooms, steel plants, electronics, spraying, oil and cotton plants, biological, Dangerous places where there are flammable, toxic and harmful gases such as sewers.
