When the instrument is measured, the electrical signal produced by the concentration of the gas is measured with the standard concentration. Comparing the electrical signals, the accurate gas concentration is calculated.
Therefore, calibrating the instrument at any time and calibrating the instrument regularly are essential to ensure the accuracy of the instrument. It needs to be explained that at present, many gas detectors can replace the detection sensors, but this does not mean that a detector can be used at any time to use different detector probes.
No matter when, when the probe is replaced, the instrument must be recalibrated except for a certain time to activate the sensor. In addition, it is recommended that all kinds of instruments be tested before the use of standard gas, so as to ensure that the instrument really plays a protective role.
1) it should be used in places where there is no corrosive gas, fume, dust and rainproof.
2) to prevent the gas detector from falling down or being subjected to severe vibration.
3) if the machine does not respond for a long time, please turn off the power and restart.
4) do not make the gas detector always contact the high concentration gas above the detection range, and strictly prohibit the collision and disassembly of the sensor, otherwise the working life of the sensor will be lost.
5) in order to ensure the accuracy of measurement, the machine should be calibrated regularly, and the verification period should not exceed one year.
6) the working life of sensors is more than two years under normal working conditions.
