Carbon monoxide is slightly lighter than air, and can be installed at the same height or at the source of leakage.
After the installation, the instrument also needs to be waterproof and rainproof. Once the carbon monoxide detector is invaded by water, the detection effect will be affected, and even the internal components will be damaged, resulting in the damage of the instrument. Usually, there is no need to consider the problem of water inflow in the indoor environment. In the open environment, the detector will be immersed by rainwater. At this time, a protective cover should be added to the detector, so that the rainwater will not invade the interior of the detector.
