Combustible gas alarm detector is composed of detector and alarm control host. It is widely used in petroleum, gas, chemical, oil depot and other petrochemical industries where toxic gas exists. It is used to detect leakage in indoor and outdoor dangerous places and is an important instrument to ensure production and personal safety. When there is toxic gas in the tested place, the detector will convert the gas signal into voltage signal or current signal and send it to the alarm instrument, which will display the percentage concentration value of lower explosive limit of combustible gas. When the combustible gas concentration exceeds the alarm setting value, the audible and visual alarm signal will prompt, and the personnel on duty will take safety measures in time to avoid the occurrence of combustion and explosion accidents.
During the use of the combustible gas detector, the air conditioning and heating equipment shall be installed close to the combustible gas detector. If the cold and warm air flow directly blows through the combustible gas detector during the use of the air conditioning and heating equipment, the resistivity of the platinum wire of the combustible gas detector may change and error may occur. Therefore, the combustible gas detector shall be far away from the air conditioning and heating equipment to avoid failure caused by improper location.
If the exhaust fan is required to be installed in the environment where the combustible gas detector is installed, if the exhaust fan is set adjacent to the combustible gas detector, the leaked combustible gas will not be able to fully diffuse to the vicinity of the combustible gas detector, resulting in failure to detect in a timely manner, which is good for delaying the aircraft
