One. How to adjust the value displayed by the instrument is inaccurate?
After the equipment has been used for a period of time, zero point drift will occur. In an environment without harmful gas, the displayed value is not 0. At this time, the zero-point calibration of the instrument can be carried out.
The operation of the combustible gas detector is different from that of the toxic gas detector. The operation of the combustible gas detector is as follows: Unscrew the top cover of the transmitter, find the zero adjustment potentiometer, twist the screw on the potentiometer, and observe the value of the control cabinet to adjust the parameter to 0.
The operation of the toxic gas detector (including oxygen) is as follows: press the setting button, enter the password 1234 to confirm and enter the system menu, use the up and down keys to turn the page, and select F-2E (oxygen selects F-FU) to confirm and enter the menu, and then press OK to zero Calibrate to complete the operation.
When the instrument is used for about one year, gas calibration is required. Customers can contact our company for free calibration.

Two. How to solve the problem of four horizontal bars appearing in the instrument connection control cabinet.
When the gas transmitter is connected to the control cabinet, the control cabinet displays four horizontal bars, which means that the control cabinet has not read the transmitter data. If this fault occurs for the first time when you are newly installed equipment, you should check whether the terminals connection is fine. If this fault occurs after you have used it for a period of time, you need to check whether the line connection between the control cabinet and the transmitter is normal.

Three. How to solve E-01 when the instrument is connected to the control cabinet.
When the gas transmitter is connected to the control cabinet, the control cabinet displays E-01. If this fault occurs for the first time when you are a newly installed device, you should check whether the terminals are connected normally. Usually, the signal and GND are reversed. If this problem occurs after you have used it for about one to two years, it may be caused by a sensor failure, and you can contact the manufacturer for repairs.

The above is the solution to the common problems of the display gas transmitter. If you encounter other problems during the subsequent use, you can also contact us to solve them.
