In the public places, petroleum and petrochemical environment, the combustible gas alarm detector must be installed with composite explosion-proof specifications.But many customers do not know how to correctly install combustible gas alarm, the following is the standard specification installation details.
1. Choosing the main detected combustible gas based on the use environment.
The combustible gas alarm's core component, gas sensor, must be calibrated to meet the industry regulation. As the main detecting , it is closely related to the inflammable gas inspected, such as methane, toluene, methanol, ethylene oxide, the combustible gas such as gasoline, kerosene, jet fuel types, defferent gas with different testing standards.
2. Make the plan according to the specific environment.
The installation point: based on the proportion of combustible gas
The insteallation place: based on air and the specific area of the environment
The qty and control cabinet type: based on the area to be tested.
3. After the completion of the preliminary work, you can install the combustible gas alarm. We can provide telephone guidance or video guidance,you can install it when you know the positive and negative poles, it can be connected easily.
4. Installation operation:
According to the plan to install the power line and fix the gas detector,It is decided by the signal type:
A. 4-20mA signal output is parallel
B. RS485 signal output is in series connection

4. Fix the gas alarm controller and connect the nearest combustible gas detector according to the system plan, and then do the electrification test to see whether each combustible gas detector on the display screen is correct. After confirmed, conduct the test.

5. The way of test combustible gas is very simple: Carry a certain concentration of combustible gas in the position close to the sensor, after 1-3 minutes, the gas alarm controller will display the gas concentration value which indicating that it is normal.Repeat with the remaining probes.
