The industrial fixed gas alarm detection system is composed of an alarm controller and gas detectors. The controller can be installed in the monitor room,the detectors are installed at the spots where the gas is most likely to leak. The core component is a built-in gas sensor, which detects the concentration of gas in the air. The detector converts the gas concentration detected by the sensor into an electrical signal and transmits it to the controller through the cable. The higher the gas concentration, the stronger the electrical signal. When the gas concentration reaches or exceeds the alarm point set by the alarm controller, the alarm send out alarm signal and can start external devices such as solenoid valves and exhaust fans to automatically eliminate hidden dangers.
For example, the detector detects a gas leak and transmits the signal to the controller through a signal. The controller converts the concentration value into a value that can be easily identified. After analysis, if the concentration exceeds the alarm point, the controller will make sound and light alarm. At the same time, the external device (solenoid valve or exhaust fan) will also be activated. If the detector does not work properly, it will upload a wrong signal. The controller will identify the problem according to the signal, whether it is a sensor problem or a communication line problem. , And displayed in a certain state (for example, display "E1": sensor failure; display "E2": communication line failure)
